Retained Search

In a Retained Search, Canterbury Recruitment will partner with our clients to provide a comprehensive Market Map which includes team breakdown and dynamics. In this process, we will advertise the position (directly or indirectly, depending on client preference). Following initial screening, we will deliver the first candidate shortlist within two weeks of signing a preferred supplier agreement. Following the shortlist of any candidate, we provide First Refusal of Candidates; meaning we will give you the first look at the candidates before sending them to other client partners. Additionally, Canterbury has negotiable invoicing timelines and competitive rates.
Contingent Search

Similar partnership and approach as the Retained Search, where we can provide competitive insights and a competitor market map. Additionally, we will deliver the first candidate shortlist within 2 weeks of signing a preferred supplier agreement and we will indirectly advertise the position per the client partners request.
Recruitment Project Outsourcing (RPO)

Within a RPO, Canterbury Recruitment will work with a client partner to build out a team or division. This search will have an initial engagement fee (which is negotiable depending on the length of the project) and will have reduced rates. During the RPO, Canterbury Recruitment will act as the Talent Acquisition Partner, managing all aspects of the recruitment process from marketing to screening to onboarding.
Market Insights + Salary Surveys

Canterbury Recruitment will provide complimentary market insights for partners. On certain occasions, we will provide even deeper market insights at a negotiable rate.
